Book a consultationHow it works

Anxiety makes sense, once it's understood.

Anxious thoughts can feel like a tangle with no loose end. The work of therapy is patient and practical: understanding how the tangle formed, and finding the thread that leads somewhere new.

This practice offers evidence-based psychological support for adults experiencing anxiety, delivered with warmth, without judgement, in person in Melbourne and online.

Social anxiety
Support for the fear of judgement that can shrink a life.
Phobias & avoidance
Gently approaching the things that have come to feel too big.
Stress & sleep
When a busy season has tipped into something harder to carry.
Life transitions
New roles, new places, new chapters, and the worry they can bring.
