Book a sessionWhat I help with

Big feelings are workable.

Anxiety is not a flaw to be fixed; it's a system that has been working overtime. Together we untangle what keeps it running, with practical, evidence-based tools, a sense of humour where it helps, and respect for your pace.

Sessions in Melbourne and online, for adults.

What I help with

Worry & overthinking

When thoughts loop, catastrophise or refuse to switch off.

Panic & physical symptoms

Understanding the body's alarm system and finding steadier ground.

Social anxiety

Support for the fear of judgement that can shrink a life.

Phobias & avoidance

Gently approaching the things that have come to feel too big.

Stress & sleep

When a busy season has tipped into something harder to carry.

Life transitions

New roles, new places, new chapters, and the worry they can bring.
